Order Accuracy

ANATECH LTD. reviews all orders received to assure that catalog numbers agree with the product description. We also compare orders received with a customer's ordering history. Whenever there is a discrepancy, we will contact you for verification. While this may possibly delay the order, it assures that you, as the customer, will receive the correct product. However, human errors do occur. If we have made an error in shipping the incorrect product to you, we will immediately rectify the situation at our cost. Products that you have received due to your error (e.g. discontinued use, overstocked, incorrect catalog number, etc.) are neither returnable nor refundable.

Product Quality

The reasoning behind this policy is simple. As an ANATECH customer, you have come to expect only the highest quality products from us. We take great care in manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing of our products. Once they have left our facility, however, we have no way of assuring that proper storage conditions have been met. Most of our products cannot handle repeated shipments without adverse effects. We are certain that you would not wish to have product quality compromised in any way, nor would you wish to receive items returned by another customer.

We do not offer free samples, however, all initial orders are backed by ANATECH's money-back guarantee. ANATECH has the utmost confidence in our products. If an intial order of a product does not meet your current technical needs or personal expectations, we will gladly issue a refund or credit your account.
